Default looking for a way to clean adhesive off from old stickers

got the new title today and am in the process of removing the mississippi registration numbers off the boat, i am wondering what i can use to safely remove the adhesive and not destroy the paint underneath.

You can use a heat gun to loosen up the glue and the numbers should peel right off, if it leaves glue on the surface you can use goo off or goo gone what ever its called and that should remove it. I use a wax and grease remover and that takes off any old glue thats dried on.

I like fast reducer, evaporates quick enough not to harm anything.

    Default I like these

Using the 3M Stripe Off Wheel (eraser wheel) 2007.5 Chevrolet 2500HD Silverado Lifted on Cognito - YouTube

Make sure you run the drill at slow speed. No need to peel off sticker. This will do the entire job.
