Neither of them seemed to have the same deck/windshield/seating as my 75. I just assumed..... but thats where i went wrong. Ive heard that these hulls can take power and just the opposite. But as an owner i believe these boats are built to take a beating and could easly handle power. Just want to find a proven gear/prop combo that works with 600hp and will get me 75+/-mph and not have to 6500rpm to do so.
No worries about the info, we've all made mistakes about info we've posted. If you have questions about the Mandella hull direct them to Carson Brummett, he is THE source regarding Mandellas, as he has produced them for over 40 years. If you need glass work he will direct you to the right people, and his engine programs are among the best.
Carson I'm sure can help you with the prop gear combo, or Eddie McPheeters in Tucson can help you as well. Eddies Inboard Marine - Home
    I'm running 18's, prop SS 10 1/2 X 15 3 blade and 600HP(dyno) 82 GPS

I was very impressed with the numbers the engine put out. To get 1.5HP per cubic in. with a N.A. deal was more than I expected. We'll put it to the test in the 2015 Enduro. BTW there are some build updates on v-driveboat.com. Hope to see you at the race next weekend.

Here ya go buddy! Took me awhile Great seeing ya at the house and race. Wish you could have stayed longer.

The A321 halfway down the page is the 20ft non-stepdeck.

Thanks for the invite Jeb. I'll bring my own chair next time I saw the 20'r, I was really disappointed that it had such a short deck on it. That would be an awesome looking boat if it had a long deck like they put on the 18's. Oh well, good thing that I have a great looking Rayson...
