    Default 1972 sanger rebuild

I am rebuilding a '72 Sanger bubble deck. the prop strut delaminated the floor. I have the floor fixed and I am in the process of re-rigging. I need some idea's on how to make a return spring set up for the down pedal?

Do you have the over ride pedal already or are you looking to add the over ride? if you have the peal already then the single spring return set up is pretty simple, spring and a dead man and there you have it. f you don't have the pedal you need to by the over ride set up first. Here is a picture of a spring et up I just put in my Day Cruiser, the springs came from Glenwood Marine.

Here is my Up/Down pedal spring setup. Mine has the typical Finishline lockout handle with override when you hit the pedal(s). That center plate is just a guide so the rod doesnt bow.
