    Default Banks Lake Race NOW

I know this is late but there may be some of you in the area of Sunbanks Resort near Electric City Wa. this coming weekend. June 14-15 is our Racer Reunion in its 8th year of hydroplane and flatbottom racing AOF style. We will have a fairly large turnout since this is the first chance to test for the upcoming Burley APBA event where we will take on other Nostalgia flat challengers. Even if you are not nearby, why not get a break from cold and wet weather and head to the Desert of Grand Coulee Wa and Banks! It's always 10 degrees warmer than Spokane, how about Seattle? Lots of Camping, Motels, and Cabins. A super Resort, I guarantee it! Jerkout

Thanks for the heads up Jerk. We'd love to leave this cold for a bit but have got commitments for this weekend. Hopefully someone from this side can make the trip over. I'll post up your thread over on SkagenBoats.com to pass the word to our group of misfits....take care and good luck.....john

You should have put this up on our board and some of our gang would have made it!

It was faily entertaining, 13 Nostalgia boats, 2 flips, 3 blown engines, many containers left half full! Maybe Newport the 4th? Racing under the bridge at Oldtown!
