Default New to the site and jet boating

Hey guys just wanted to introduce myself, I'm in the Navy stationed out on Whidbey Island, WA. I just bought my first jet boat last weekend from a guy out in East Wenatchee. 76 Kona Jet with about 3 layers of paint on it not including the gel coat.. full restore is in effect, also polishing tanks thinking about ideas for the motor, thinking LS 1/2.. getting a Berkley jet with jetovator soon once boat gets back from the body shop. Anyone in the area? Hope to have "Non COI" running come summer time!
