Anybody in? Mojave 85? If it is before Memorial day, we won't have too many wakeboard boats or LE around. Plenty of smmmmoooooth water for you big block guys.
I'm thinking the second weekend in April.

I was thinking Lucky Peak since there is a large, sandy, beachable area where we could set up camp. What are your thoughts?

I am good anytime - we will just need to watch the weather. Where are you thinking of meeting up there? Across from Spring Shores, Robie Creek or down closer to Turner maybe on that big wide corner heading back towards the marina? Let me know your thoughts.

The beach where you make the right turn towards turner coming from spring shores is what I was thinking as long as the water level is high enough.
If the water level isn't there the beach about a mile from the turner gulch ramp on the right side. Rattle some cages and lets get some cool boats out there.

I can't promise any thing. I'm really starting to get busy at work. If the hallett is water worthy I will go. I don't know if it would beready for any full throttle pass yet. I can let you know as the date gets closer with my progress.

I can probably get two or three boats beside mine. Depends if they are able to get their motors back in by then. Can't believe nobody out there has cabin fever as bad as we do Wicky!

I'm jealous. It seems like all we have here is a couple of days of 50 degree weather and then the rain shows back up............. Wish this bunch of misfits here could hook up with you guys sometime during the summer...
Maybe you could try to meet up with us at Mardons Resort at the Potholes in Eastern Washington on Labor Day weekend. It's gonna be off the hook. It's probably half way between you guys and us. Hell, rumor has it that some of the gang from NorCal and Nevada are coming up.... You should see if it works out for your schedule. Something like 50+ boats last year and it's gonna be way better this year.
Hell, by chance are there any slow boats in the Idaho bunch I could race?
Maybe a 10" Livingston with a 10hp merc might be an even race..........who am I kidding, I'd get my ass handed to me by a Livingston.....

    Labor Day 08............It's the SkagenBoatsBash.........

Tony Skagen and the bunch at http://www.skagenboats.com/index.php not only give great service/prices for our boating addiction but give us bunch of losers a place to hang out and embarrass ourselves...

Poor BLT mixing multiple red cups trying to drown out the pain that he is having to endure by running 12 stages of nitrous to even keep up with a stock Chevy Cavilier motor........Should have just got a Chevy and been happy Tooony................

Tell me more about this Labor Day trip. Looks like a great time. Are there still RV spots available? How far from Boise is this area? Need more info please.

Hi Mojave, check out the other thread or even better, check out this thread from last year.

    http://www.skagenboats.com/modules.p...iewtopic&t=586

As far as RV spots, give Mardon a call or get ahold of Malcolm here on the board. They reserved a bunch of sites for the group.

We're in the RV area 181... Hope you can make it.
