I know a guy with a 19 foot Dana. It's a pretty nice riding boat. Post some pics so we can see what hull design it is.

Can't see too much in those pics, at least it isn't the standard "Jetster" design. They didn't handle speed and power very well. Have you run it before tearing into it?

That is a pretty good looking hull. Has a touch of an older Sleekcraft looking hull.

Looking for the Old Man's boat
late 60's Sanger flat with T-bucket steering.

Well, the Jacuzzi YJ isn't known to be the best jet, but they had stainless impellers so they were pretty tough. They are an axial flow pump (propeller in a tube) so they loose push after 60 mph usually. Probably good in that little thing tho. Any faster in that sized boat would be dangerous.

Well, mine just got up to 64 this season so I gotta keep someone slower than me! Just between you, me, and the fence post, I've already scared John and myself a time or two.

We'll have to keep him from talking to Travis or he'll be blowing both our boats outta the water before long...

What are you doing to it with 1000 yards of cloth??? I think I smell some project pics!

I don't get the epoxy stuff, I just use the cheap polyester resin on my repairs. John used a bunch of the epoxy stuff so he can fill you in. I don't think it was very cheap...
