Was there today, it looked like there is hardly any water above north shore launch. They were moving the marina into the mouth of Harris Creek. Setting the weights. A lot of the house boats are already there. Less people more good water for me!

    6% today at San Antonio
Are they draining on purpose or is the lack of rain doing all of it?
30% at Nacimiento isn't looking too good either!
All those grapes they're growing up there?

San Antonio, supposedly there going to put a new valve on the outlet pipe. I've heard that lie before when they said the same for Naci. Both lakes are below Paso Robles so the water isn't going there.

Fill,............. that would be nice. It would have to rain like in (I think) 94, heavy for a week. Naci was down 30+ feet when we were pre fishing for a WON Bass tournament. It over spilled the next Sat when we won the tournament. My wife and I were Team Anglers the Year because the leaders blanked. It rained the whole time. Flooded the Salinas Valley because of piss poor water management then too.

Although I do agree with you, the management of the water is very misguided. They always say the water is used to keep salt water from intruding into wells where the river meets the sea. Those wells have always had this problem, before the dams were made after the dams were made, during normal rain years etc... The problem is they drilled for fresh water where salt water is normally. They might do better by moving the Pacific Ocean a little farther out to sea.

What's the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over expecting a different outcome!
