Default need some help finding a good boat mechanic in PHX AZ area

Hi all I need a bit of help. A couple of weeks ago I had my boat out for a few days of fun at Park Moabi down at the river. It was a great trip until Saturday afternoon when I tried starting the boat and it would not turn over. After a 3 hour tow back to the camp site from the sandbar we pulled the boat out of the water and I towed it back home to Avondale. I originaly thought it was the starter but after looking further and pulling a few plugs I noticed there was water in the cylinders. I know enough about engines to start them check the oil and blets and that about it. I was wondering if anyone might know of a repuatble mechanic in the area that I might be able to take it to to get an accurate picture of what happened and what it will take to get the boat running again. Price is also a factor but will not be the main decider on what I will do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Water on 1 plug or all your plugs? Reversion maybe? Blown head gasket (s)?

Does your oil look like milk on the dipstick? Will the motor crank over with the plugs in? If not how about when you pull all the plugs out will it crank over? Is your exhaust water cooled? Could it be reversion wetting your plugs and hydro locking the cylinder?...

I've had a rough couple of months and most of my issues were minor fixes. Not the last one but most of the previous ones.

the more info you can give the mechanic the quicker you can get your boat back.

Nothing wrong with dropping it off but the more info you can give the shop the better.

Look up dragstr19 here on the boards. His name is Randy, does a hell of a job at a very reasonable price.

PM me if you want his number.

Thank you all for the help, I appreciate it. To answer you questions Cave I do not have water in the oil pan and it would not crank over with the plugs in once we removed a few plugs it tried to turn over but that is when the water showed is ugly self. I realy hope its not a total rebuild but it may be. I will post the out come.
