How is that camp ground? Is there sand or just more rocks to beat your feet and boat up? Man I'm getting tired of AZ water really fast! I need a good sandy beach to cure my boating blues!

beaches are ok by the cabanas....I believe that on the north side of the buckskin launch ramp is a nice sandy beach..never been over there though...we are usually anchoring our boats out in waist deep water

I would anchor mine out also but I like to have a beach to hang on. Do they have tent camp sites next to the water where I could keep an eye on things at night?
    Thanks

Gonna be quite a few of us out at Big River (Prolly in the neighborhood of 12 or so jet boats, maybe more) next weekend though, if anyone's interested. The Socal crew threw this one together, tied up alongside a bachelor party associated with it (Brad, the moderator of the site). Monday Tuesday following is a more modest showing at Mead with the most dedicated of us.

Should be a hoot! Taking the Moo boat, and any challenges, lol.

She ain't the fastest, I know there's someone who is, but she can hold her own against them, and loves doing it!
