Default Holley Carb ID, Is it marine application

Sorry to have to troll for information. I am trying to go through my project and identify any "non marine" substitutes for safety... Can anyone identify this carb and verify if it is a Marine Application? I see the turned over vent tubes as "marine" but that is all I can figure out. I have got close on the model numbers with Google but not exactly.

Where ya pulling the numbers from? Stamped on the air horn or on the carb body itself?

I'm doing this from the hip. A Holley HP will have the numbers stamped on the barrel vaulve. The others will have it stamped on the choke on the drivers side. I looked in my stuff and could not find this one.

Thanks GT! .. I found a listing for 84021 and 84022 but couldn't find the 84023.. So now I can at least know I am "marine approved" on that component...
