    Default Powell in September!!!!

September is the best time for Powell, IMO, traffic down, temp is down, water still warm.

A group of about 4 boats so far, is heading up river on the 11th & 12th in search of great beach.

Any one else going up around then, stop by and give a shout.

We'll be looking for the same great beach up near Oak Canyon...leaving Antelope Point Marina, in our houseboat with the Kachina in tow, on Sept. 12th

A bad day of boating is still better than a good day at work!

    NICE!!

Maybe we'll see ya there. We usually camp around the 35 mile marker. I've been lashed for giving the spot up before.

That's right...remember "loose lips sink ships" and yours is the closest to looking like a ship!

Weather was nice, it seemed a little warm for Sept. Wind and rain a little for a couple days. I like the rain, can do without the wind.

I know you know the lake, so, lets just say we stayed around the 35 mile mark.
