    Default Lake Mead is LOW

Went to Lake Mead this past weekend and it is crazy low. I am sure that is no surprise to anyone.
Someone who lives out there said they got some sot of promise that it would be at least 14 feet higher next year.
    I hope it's true.

I was out there on a 7 day houseboat trip all last week. Launched at Callville and made the trek to Temple Bar. From there went up with the boats to sandy beach. It was obvious the lake was missing some water, but damn, that lake is huge and there is still a ton of water in it.

All of the spots I saw that were shallow were very well marked.
