Yeah, its a long drive, but worth it if its busy! Wheres the hot spot? Sandbar? Steamboat? Is the lake up?

Depends on what you are looking for. The younger/party crowd go to Copper Canyon. The older/family crowd go do to Steamboat and further South. The in-the-middle crowd hangs in the channel or goes to the sandbar or assorted coves inbetween. So far this year, the sandbar isn't getting much action. Maybe it will pick up by that weekend.

I think the lake is currently within 1 foot of it's normal level.

Post a pic of your boat before you leave, so we know what you're driving.

Is yours the black and yellow? Saw that one at the regatta, very cool colors, a bit warm for Havasu in the summer.

I mapped the route last weekend to the sandbar - I could transfer it to your Garmin if I knew how... and lived in Havasu full time.... Or you can just follow me when we get there - next weekend.

No Keith, here I am. I didn't know this board was up until the boat show at Havasu last weekend, then read the magazine they gave away...
We'll be out that weekend March 28 to 31 as well, I've got Monday off.

Take pictures of the snow, some of us have forgotten what it looks like. It's yellow, right?
