    Default Blythe ??

    Hey Guys,

We've never been to the River in Blythe before, basically just been around the lakes here in AZ, Hav, Pleasant, Canyon, Bart, Sag. We are in the Phx area, and would like to actually make the trip out to Blythe for Mem weekend. Where should we be looking at as far as going, Hotel? Camping? Havent decided whether we will camp it or hotel it this trip, but would like some suggestions since we've never been and dont want to look like a bunch of tourists..LOL

    Thanks

    Chris

I checked the website, it says I have to call...What does KOA normally charge for a Friday-Monday stay? If they are booked, where is would be a decent place. Trying to make it a family affair with everyone and meet some new faces.

I have no idea where the hot spots are, or what amenities are around. So where does everyone normally gather around?

Some head into Goose Flats which is a cove that is between Mayflower and McIntyre park on the CA side. Had heard some head to a sandbar near the 10 freeway. I have never been to it though.
