    Default Sag 25-27

    Anyone going?

Planning on going to the lake leaving tomorrow, but not sure where to head to Sag or Apache.

I think Cave said Saguaro (Sunday???).

The Apache unofficial gathering usually is not until late July or August. If it were me, I'd go to Saguaro on Friday, then Lake Pleasant on Saturday, and Bartlett Lake on Sunday. All are within a hour of northeast Phoenix, and each has its own unique flavor. The air temp at Bartlett is a few degrees cooler than Saguaro and pleasant, and seems to get below 100F a lot quicker in the evening.

I'll be launching at Lake Pleasant on Saturday afternoon. The upper Arm of the Aqua Fria river is open (opened June 15th).

Im pretty sure Cave will NOT be at Sag on Sunday. He is leaving for the Big River tomorrow.

I do beleive I saw you at the back beach when I first got on the lake, around 11 or so. Then I think I saw you at the launch ramp or somewhere else on the lake later on in the day, round 3ish.

Whenever you see me on the lake, do not feel shy about stopping by. If I am on shore, there is usually a cooler with kid and adult friendly sodas around. I usually even have a few waters in there. Alwasy glad to meet another boater at the lake....
