    Default Hey Tucsonians...

    Hey guys,

I would like some feedback on this... After getting back from BC this eve I had a message on a piece of property we have. It was supposedly a done deal that a company was moving into this warehouse we have here in town. turns out now that they can't. SO I was thinking rather than let it sit vacant I would like to know if any of you would like to store, keep your boats there and also use it as a shop to work on them. It's air conditioned and heated, alarm sys., security fence and cameras w/links to home computers and a coded sec. entry gate. And has 118,000 sq. ft. of sealed and polished concrete floors. It is fully lit and power everywhere. There are a few offices, two floors. We could mark off sections for each one of us (our own space) and everyone would have their own gate code and keys and could come and go as they wish, I mean it will just be US there fellas... There are 4 bathrooms and 2 showers as well. It could be like a giant boat shop!! OH AND NO ONE WOULD PAY A DIME TO BE THERE, NO BS!!!!! There is no mortage or loans on/against this property. I do not want it to sit vacant. No it will not be sold, It a family thing... So let me know if any of you would be interested in keeping your boats there and work on them... I was asked to do some painting for a couple of boaters in our click and I will be installing a paint booth in a week or two and moving a lot of tools in as well, So that will be there too along with our boat and new one and a few of my cars. Hell I might turn a few of the offices into a place to crash too... I might be there alot...

So let me know if this is of intrest to any of you. If not, no hard feelings...

So Tony, just out of curiosity, what is the location/area in Tucson. I used to live in Tucson, worked for Precision Toyota.

Damn....what a set up that would be! I am on the east side of Tucson and unfortunately my boat stays parked in the front yard. Without having a garage at home sometimes it can be a pain to work on the boat here and keep it out of the elements. I have yet to make a trip with any of you dudes from here yet but I am up for meeting the crowd and possibly getting in on this outstanding deal even if its just for storage. I will be interested to see where this goes.
