Default I am new to AZ, and want to say hi. HI

Hello to all. My wife and I just made the big move from Seattle
to Scottsdale. I need some hints on boating down here like where the partys and
poker runs are at? I know about DS we have been coming down for that event for
a few years. We have a 27 Eliminiator Daytona here is a few pics. I am 29 and
my wife is 26. We love to get down and have a good time, but are respectful
when doing. We are not douchy idiots. Also
is this the best site/area for performance boats in AZ? Thanks for the info
guys. Here are a few pics.

Nice set up man... I don't have anthing near as nice are your stuff but I do have a Nordic Heat 25'. I tend to head out to Saguaro alot. Depending on where your at in Scottsdale? It's probably a very short trip for you there. I don't know the size of your boat but this may fit your needs for a quick day trip to the lake.

Also there is Pleasent Lake, it's bigger than Saguaro but not real far. Afternoons tend to get a little hairy out there IMO. Honestly I will not visit this lake anymore. If you are Brave enough you could haul down to Apache Lake its 17 miles long and a ton of fun.

Roosevelt lake is a LARGE lake lots of open area to run WFO! Not much beach there to just stop and hang out.

Look forward to seeing you out there!

Welcome to AZ. Around here there are 2 party lakes. Saguaro and lake Pleasant. Saguaro is nice because it has a beach where you can mingle and get out of your boat. Lake Pleasand on the other hand is where everyone ties up and you have a lot of ass wipes climbing all over your boat that don't give a crap about it.

    Default not here

I see your from one of the nicest parts of the country and now you are here. You will more then likely be disappointed with the local lakes (water quailty) compared to what you are probably use to. Allthough there are a lot of good people that head to Saguaro and other local lakes, I myself head there as well for weekday trips only (because of the type of boat I have) and really only for quick test runs and rides before heading to the river.
I would suggest heading to the river (Colorado, not the Salt river) for the cleanest, clearest water you will find in this area. Lots of party spot and lots of people and events on the river all year long.
This is the best place to meet and find out where everyone is heading for any particular weekend.
Oh yeah, welcome to the Phoenix area, hope you enjoy the great weather here and enjoy all the great outdoor activities.

    Welcome......

I think your wifes friend hung out with us at DS a few years back. Even flew down to see my buddy once. I think her dad had a Daytona? Her dad was a hard ass to me!

Anyway, Roosevelt if you like to run the boat, and Pleasent if you like to look at your boat and think of how cool you are.

I'm sure we will see you around.
