hey guys...i'm new to the fourm and haven't been to Saguaro on a Sunday. Does it get pretty busy on Sunday this time of year? If so what time? Just want to do some test and tune(rather do it during the week, but got some time tomorrow am), and if that goes well, cruise around for a bit. any info would be appreciated. thanx.
If its truly going to be 80 tomorrow it will get busy. Bassers in the AM will crowd the ramps. But if your tuning on the trailer most will be cool. Not cool to leave your trailer on the ramp if you go for a run. Park it and then go for your run. If my radiator holds out I'm gunna make a try Sunday. My gasser in the Tahoe sounds like a diesel.
How are they managing the water up by the sand bar this year at Saguaro? Last year was a nightmare, they never let it out, and there wasnt much if any sand bar to hang out on, so we spent the majority of the summer at Bartlett.
I wish I could go this weekend for the "Meet Up" at Bartlett, being bike week and all, our weekend is crammed with stuff from rides, concerts, and Westworld sheeot.
I also gotta get the boat over for some gelcoat repair. Was at Hav for the 4th, and parked in a slip at Naked Turtle, thought I had the bumpers all lined up right, got back and there was a self-tapping head of a galvanized screw that decided to beat the crap our of the edge of my boat... I was instantly sick to my stomach. I was thinking of taking it to Bodnars for the repair...
Im sure we will meet up with you guys and everyone soon... Be safe out there...
