    Default Hot springs area

Im heading to Hot Springs on monday for work and was wondering if any of the AR guys had any recomendations on a place to stay. Ive been looking at the edgewood cabins. Id rather stay in something like this but something that does not break the bank. There rates are like 89 bucks a night. Not sure if they are avaliable or not. Ill be dwon there for at least 2 weeks and maybe longer. any help would be great.

You just have to remember, that Hot Springs is a resort type city, everything is kinda pricy, especially if you are down for work and trying to pinch pennies to turn a profit. lots of stuff to see. May be a good idea to swing over to Tigertooths shop and check it out, he always has some badass project goin on.

I will try to hit tiggertooths shop up. Love looking at boats. Im not really able to make a profit on this go round. Company CC will be finacing this deal since its short term. Where is tigertooths shop at? Maybe hook up with Hotbo and check his rig out maybe!? Id like to bring my rig down but just dont think id have the time to get it out then worry it was going to get ripped off while working. Not saying HP is a bad place just nervous like that...

I have stayed at the Clarion on the lake and dont think the pricing was bad. Clean place close to resturants and has Bar and Resturant in Hotel, also has boat ramp on location along with slips.

Ya I don't want to sink the dam thing. I about did that three weeks ago when a squal line move through. Perfect lake weather when we went out then a high pressure front moved in. Three foot wakes, perfectly sunny. Needless to say it sucked. Bought ran the battery down with the bildge running non stop for an hour. Took 4 of us to keep it off the bank. Turn te front tears the waves and they were coming in over the front. Crazy day !

How is the water level at Elk City Reservoir? Have hunted the WMA around the lake for several years now.
