    Default Oil Rig? Overseas Contract?

I want to work on an Oil Rig, or take a contract job overseas. Does anybody know how/where to get your foot in the door?

Let's not get on the "you could kill yourself" debate please... I could die in my jet boat, or going to work in the morning on I-30.

    LD,

Give Matt Weaver a call. He worked an off shore oil rig for a number of years and can point you in the right direction. If you need his phone number, give me a PM.

Rig zone.com will give you all the job info you need. You can apply and send your resume to lots of companies.

Oh yeah do you know you could die out there lol. A shark could eat you.

I have worked offshore Louisiana for years. It's like being in prison with good food and all the tv you can watch . Good luck with the job search.
