    Default Off the beaten horse!

This is something that I have been doing on the side just to take up some time! They are a neat pit that can be setup with what you want on the side! I have done one with letters, Flames and iorn cross, donkeys, flure de leaf (La.)! They are made from old butane tanks some with round bottom and some with flat bottoms!

Thanks! It does have a few tricks you have to overcome! The top pic is the center of the tank with a flat bottom! The bottom pit is from a tank that looked like a ball cut in half with a round bottom! I like the rounded bottom better but, there is only two to a tank! WT

I was thinkin of hitting the scrap yard and getting an old hot water tank and working it over. Might be somwhat safer than a butane tank ........ just sayin geeesh!

Flame pit is spoken for! Just find a tank and we will get to rolling! 250 gallon or a ball tank works best!

They do make a ball tank that is the bomb (no pun intended) it's a little bigger and thicker works real nice! That is what the flame pit was made from! WT
