    Default spacers

how thick r the spacers between the tubing and the rail and how far r the rails from the transom and setting the rails like this did u have to shim the front of ur motor to get the right angle on ur drive line

I used 1/4" Alu. stock for a shim. That was just to take the rail dowm below the radi. of the stringer top edge! Level the rails with the stringers tops if you like! Then trim the plates to set the motor level!
The placement for the rails needs to be checked with a block, plates, and driveline bolted to the block! You can get an idea where they should go then clamp them! CHECK AND RECHECK before any drilling is done!!! Center the rails to the motor plates and make sure they are even side to side up and down!
I put small marks on the top edge of the stringers to locate the rails if the rails moved or got bumped! Good luck and if you need more info. just let me know!

If I go it'll be without my boat. I'd like to see how bad muddy/dusty it is the first go round. I've been down there on an event weekend, and dumbasses are everywhere. Biggest deal breaker for me is mud, u know I'm a clean freak. By the end of the weekend the paved roads will be covered.

I do think its an awesome facility, and is more or less the wheatland of mud riding, but I'm too scared to be a Ginny pig on this one. I'm sure some of my family will be there muddin.
