got it running, but had an issue with oil pressure so motor is back out, but going back together today, trying to decide what color to paint the scoop, what do you guys think? green? maybe match the boat with the green and the orange and blue graphics? also what color to paint the block? it is red right now.

green scoop what i have been thinking and maybe have the orange and blue in it to, if i ever get my oil pressure problem fixed, then i will paint the block,, i've had the engine out three times in two weeks, hopefully this time it works, i would like to get it above 70mph. btw i picked up this second scoop for now, think it looks alittle better than the red one.

that's fine but you gotta give me a head start, i took care of the oil pressure problem, but according to the gps speedo i am only running 81 mph, maybe i can put a shot of nos on it to see 100 one time.
