Default Wfl crew...what does it mean?

Well brothas if you got to ask then you don't know.
But honestly...it means "Wingers for Life"...so if you plan on flyin your winger til the good man says you can't... then you are a member of "wingers for life"! It don't matter if it'll run 50 or 120 mph...represent! So on this thread i say we post up the wingers for life...post a legend...or post yourself...it is still a goal of mine to put 50 wingers in one spot...being Ouachita river as the ultimate spot because that is where "wingers for life " was first founded. Travis holds the key to Gods country... lets set the Dig Bro ...come on! The WFL CREW now spreads from Corpus Christie Texas to Tennesse...Ive had numerous people ask me... or tell me...i follow you crazy mofos! Always talkin Shitz...So let post em up...

10-4 on the "Wingers For Life"! The TX-19 being the first official "Winger" hull began life around 1975 by the hands of deisgner Jim Youngblood. This hull and its derivatives have proven to be one of the best combination of lake and race boat designs that now spans nearly 40 years. It is amazing that this hull is still being produced in new form by several manufacturers as well as its 18' counterpart. Great Boats those Wingers!

A funny story on Chop. Mailman was loading up at Greeson on Saturday this year and a lady asked him what was going on with the jetboats. He told them that we were having a performance boat outing and had a Regatta permit to hang out in one of the coves, etc. She replied something to the effect that she did not quite know what to think of all of the performance boats, etc., but was glad to see that we were trying to be safe. She said that she saw the 911 boat and thought it good that we had our own emergency boat present. And, you would be suprised to know just how many boats this emergency rig has helped on and off the water over the years. Just call 911

Would like to make a couple of meets when I get mine done. This is my second winger I've owned and not getting rid of it ever. Made that mistake one time. Love chops boat. Isn't there a pic of it being pulled by a chevelle with matching paint on the youngblood site?

How about making some WFL decals?

    Default Wingers

My first jet boat was a Sunkisst 18 Performer then a Youngblood 20 (1986 or 87) and years later a TX-19 (in the late 90's I lost track of the boat Bill has the boat now, my buddies called it "BIG NASTY") and I couldn't afford any of them. Blessed by the grace of GOD I could buy any boat I want now BUT that Old 1977 bubbled up deck red, silver and blue TX-19 has a soft spot in my heart. These old boats are just cool. I'm going to put more horsepower in it but I don't want to get away from the "OLD S'COOL" jet boat theme. I can't wait for next summer. Y'all buy up all these old winger you can find and let's have some fun. "LET'S DIG"

Keeping the dream alive is a fact! Scotty is quite a craftsman as well as a good friend. When I ran across the boat that brought me back into performance boating after a twenty year hiatus, it was Scotty that was my choice to bring the #7 constructed TX-20 back into her glory. Scotty helped me bring her back from a hull that was a short time away from death back to the beauty she is. Scotty got the flake and gel whipped into shape and when I picked up the hull she had a finer finish that when new. I then rigged yhe hardware, etc and Shazam, what a great hull.

Scotty and his dad Jack also have some really cool history back to the near beginning of jetboating as Jack was working at Jacuzzi back in those early days! Keep up the good work buddy!
