Hey guys, instead of reposting I will start a thread here also and update. I posted a thread in the Jet Boat section of my build...just getting started.
tonight the plan is to get the dash filled, and the rest of the boat prepped for primer, then another night or two of......ding ding ding...sanding...then primer on Thursday or Friday. Alter Ego sent me some paint schemes and I will be toying some designs.
I glassed in new wood behind the holes, but I am tired of cutting circles out of the glass, the funny thing is that i was able to make a pattern with one of my skoal cans. I will get it built up enough to put a few full length layers over the top.

I replaced the wood behind mine too, and ground out the original holes and layed strips over the whole dash...its been 3 years and its stayed perfect... mine had alot of gauges at one time!
the wood was in very bad shape around some of the gauges, which was the primary reason, but after further inspection the gauges were not even close to evenly spaced.
the verdict is in....going to do the flip...and clean up the bottom. I got to looking around the intake and paint is just a little rough on the bottom...since I have a mess in my shop already..why not.

I bet if he crawls under the deck he'll see the problem...the bottom layer is delaminated from the top...I had a slight problem with this myself...violent44 I could see the dip in the pics when it was for sale.
Its suppose to be a JBN boat, Jim Youngblood personal boat, but it starts with a LLT ends in 90. registered at a 7? I believe. working on title, Tennessee doesnt title their boats.

Send money in small unmarked bills ahead of time so when you get here you can't back out. Keep in mind that everyone who has bought this boat has brought it back and had me build them a new one.
Tint I'll buy it and use the trailer till I can get mine painted then sell it to You. But I'm like Tiger you can't back out I've got to much stuff to mow around already. HELL THE BOAT HAS LESS BUBBLES THAN MINE. OR TIGER COULD STRAIGHTEN THIS HULL AND SPLASH IT HUH?

I dont think the deck has delam, plus i hope not, i didnt get to really inspect it, someone has put in a support brace in the middle of the bow and I think that it is calling it, however I hope I put the last layer of glass on the dash, should sand out perfect tonight. I will get some pics and post them tomorrow
