I am very interested in buying a Pickle Fork because I love how they look, the problem is that I have no clue which types of PF's were produced well. I am looking mainly for a chassis because I will be building this boat as a project. Also I DO NOT want a jet driven boat because I want performance. I will be running either a BBC or High Performance Mercury Outboard or i/o. All help would be appreciated. I was thinking a 79 Hondo, I am not sure though. I want a very well performing boat
