Guys i am going to sell my place at Water Wheel space # 80 Single Wide 2 Bedroom 1 Bath, Really cute place covered parking on both sides. The place is all electric no propane, i put a new water heater and new ac unit in the living room. I bought the place in 2008 for $65,000 the first person with $45000,00 will own it. I also have a couple quads a 2003 50 and a 2009 200 i will include for free! . Since the divorce it has seen little to no use at all. It is turnkey and i will leave it the way it is. There is a couple golf carts i will include which i am sure need batteries and i have a really nice 14 foot Valco fishing boat.
